# GitProtect web panel is blank upon login

## Issue

> When accessing the **GitProtect Management Service** web panel, the page appears blank and only the support chat widget is visible.

## Resolution

1. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and try clearing your browser cache. 
2. Try reloading your browser or use a different one.
3. If the problem persists, contact **GitProtect** support for assistance.
