Learn how to manage your licenses through Atlassian Marketplace.

Cancellation and extension of a license purchased for GitProtect through a marketplace are handled and billed by the marketplace itself, without GitProtect involvement.

Extending your license

To change/extend your GitProtect subscription in Atlassian Marketplace, go to admin.atlassian.com > Billing (or context menu > ⚙️ Administration > Billing), find the GitProtect application (or the Atlassian product that includes it) and select Manage to open the subscription configuration view*.

_{*If you're a billing admin, the view may appear different—additionally, you'll have to go to Subscriptions (in original billing experience view) or Manage subscriptions (in improved billing experience view).}

In subscription management window, click Manage/Change plan to adjust plan, billing cycle, etc.

License cancellation

To cancel your GitProtect subscription in Atlassian Marketplace, go to admin.atlassian.com > Billing (or context menu > ⚙️ Administration > Billing), find the GitProtect application (or the Atlassian product that includes it) and select Manage to open the subscription configuration view*.

In subscription management window, click the three dots > Deactivate or (Cancel subscription, depending on your current plan) and confirm your choice. Your GitProtect license subscription will then be cancelled.
