Registration

Register in GitProtect — go to https://gitprotect.io and click the Try for free button in the upper right corner of the screen (or click this link).

Select the cloud deployment model and enter your business email address. You can also use Sign up with Google or Sign up with GitHub option to register with your business account.

Enter all the necessary information (name/organization, phone, data residency location) and set a strong password for your new account. Once done, double-check if the information you entered is correct and hit Sign up free.

Wait for the system to create your account.

You will be then redirected to GitProtect Management Service landing page— you can start creating a new backup plan and adding new devices to it right away or do it later.

Additionally, you will receive a welcome email from Xopero with all the important information about your account and GitProtect Backup&Recovery system.

The system will also generate a unique GitProtect Management Service login URL for you— it will be included in the welcome email. Next time you log in use either this URL or simply go to https://xopero.com/login/.
